Once your order is confirmed, we cannot modify its content or related information. Please ensure to double-check your cart and your personal information before confirming your order.

Unfortunately, cancellation is not possible. However, you have the option to refuse the delivery of your package (by not picking it up or refusing delivery when the postal service attempts it) or return it to us (free of charge Metropolitan France) within 30 days.

If you choose either of these options, your package will be returned to us, and we will process a full refund for your order.

As the complete order couldn't be fulfilled, we will refund the items that were not shipped.
