Once you've sorted through your wardrobe, all you need to do is identify the items you'd like to send us, free of charge. Our experts will clean, authenticate and recondition the received items to give them a second life.

Our teams are available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. In order to respond to your request as quickly as possible, please include:

- Your order or trade-in number

- Your first and last name and the email address you used to place your order*.

Delivery is free for orders over 150€.

As this is a new service, please note that delivery is only available in mainland France (including Corsica) - in a "point relais" or at home, with or without signature.

As a reference, the delivery time is usually between 3 and 5 working days.

You will have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item. A €5 fee to cover return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

To return a second-hand purchase, please proceed directly from our Second-hand website. Log in to your account or go to the Track My Order page and enter your order number.

Please note that all items must be returned in the same condition in which they were purchased; undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered and unworn (excluding fittings), with the original packaging and all associated accessories, including packing materials, labels and the original invoice.

Our Gerard Darel Second-Hand Service is independent of all our retail stores. Returns must be made online, on the Second-Hand website only.
