The content of the Site, its general structure, its presentation as well as all the elements (drawings, models, illustrations, images, soundtracks, texts, logos, trademarks, logos, domain name...) constituting the Site are the exclusive property of the Company and/or any other company of the GERARD DAREL Group. 

Users may not reproduce, represent, adapt, distribute, publish, transmit, modify and/or sell, directly or indirectly, the Site, in whole or in part, in any form whatsoever, or create derivative works therefrom, without the express prior written consent of the Company and/or any other company in the GERARD DAREL Group. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, a user is authorized to use all or part of the Site, in particular by downloading, reproduction, transmission, representation or broadcasting, provided that such use falls within the scope of private, personal and non-commercial use.

All intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, and other exclusive rights) pertaining to any product or element of the Company, illustrations, photos, images, models, logos, domain names, whether registered or not, is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company and/or any entity of the GERARD DAREL Group.

Users acknowledge that only the Company and/or any other company in the GERARD DAREL Group is authorized to use the intellectual property rights of the Site.

Violation of these provisions renders any user liable to the penalties provided for by law.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites not edited or controlled by the Company and/or the GERARD DAREL Group. 

The Company and/or Groupe GERARD DAREL cannot be held responsible for these hypertext links. They cannot and must not be interpreted as an express or implicit endorsement of these sites, their content, or any products and/or services offered on them.

Hyperlinks to the Site may only be created with the prior written authorization of the Company, which may be revoked at any time. 

The Company makes every effort to ensure that the information available on the Site is accurate and up to date. However, the Company cannot in any way guarantee the accuracy, precision, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. 

The Company has taken steps to ensure the security of data collected on the Site. The Company shall not be liable to any user for any indirect, incidental, consequential and/or special damages. 

This limitation of liability applies in compliance with applicable laws.

The present General Terms of Use are governed by French law in their entirety, without however having the effect of depriving any user of the level of protection provided by the provisions of the mandatory laws of the country of his habitual residence. 

In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation and/or execution of the General Terms and Conditions of Use and in the absence of an amicable solution, the French courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal shall have territorial jurisdiction, without depriving any user of the right to bring the dispute before a competent foreign court of his choice.
