You have 30 days from the moment you received the package or picked it up at a pick-up station to return it totally or partially.

The products must be returned in their original packaging with their labels in a perfect state.

We advise you to keep the deposit, proof of your package until the reimbursment is complete.

1/ Delivery Country is NOT France

Global-e is our e-merchant partner for orders sent outside of France.

If you have a Gerard Darel account, it is really easy. Please go to the 'My Orders' section of your Gerard Darel account. Click on the order you want to return, then click on the "Return" button" and follow the instructions.

If you don't have a Gerard Darel account you will need your Global-e order number displayed on the delivery form inside the parcel you received.

Once you get your Global-e order number please go to the return portal

Please note that you can't make a return before the ordre is dispatched.

The return costs for other countries are the responsibility of the customer and will be indicated during the online registration of the return request.

Outside of France returns are handled by Global-e for Gerard Darel. In case of any problems please fill the form here

Only possible for orders sent in Metropolitan France

At the exception of the Outlet and Bedlinen products, you can return your items in all the Gerard Darel shops in Metropolitan France.

Important: please note this option is not available for the below stores: Agen, Ajaccio, Amiens, Annecy, Bastia, Béthune, Brest, Calais, Lorient, Montélimar, Périgueux, Quimper, Reims, Rueil Malmaison, Tarbes, Vannes, Vincennes.

Returns can take up to 2 to 5 working days to arrive. When delivered in our warehouses, our logistic team has up to 21 days to process the package.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once the reimbursment has been executed.

You’ll be refunded on the payment method you used for the purchase. The amount of time it will take for you to receive the credit is determined by your bank and the payment method used.

It is impossible to exchange an article that has been purchased on our website. However, you can return your entire order to be refunded, and reorder the article you desire.
