Frequently Asked Questions
Except for items from the Seconde Main Gerard Darel website, you have 30 days from the moment you received the package or picked it up at a pick-up station to return it totally or partially.
The products must be returned in their original packaging with their labels in a perfect state.
We advise you to keep the deposit, proof of your package until the reimbursment is complete.
1/ Delivery Country is France
Use the prepaid return label provided in your package (excluding Overseas France) after declaring your return reason.
Declaring the return reason is optional and can be done at this link.
To complete and send your package, go to La Poste or a Colissimo relay point with the prepaid label attached to your package, ensuring it contains the original delivery note.
If the prepaid label is missing, notify our Customer Service at eshop@gerarddarel.com, and they will provide a new one.
2/ Delivery Country is NOT France
Global-e is our e-merchant partner for international orders.
a/ If you have a Gerard Darel account:
Go to the 'My Orders' section of your account. Click on the order you wish to return, then click the "Return" button and follow the instructions.
b/ If you do not have a Gerard Darel account (guest order):
You will need your Global-e order number to process a return; this can be found on your delivery note (reference starting with GE). If you have lost it, please contact our Customer Service at eshop@gerarddarel.com .
Then, log in to the dedicated Global-e return portal to register your request and obtain your return label.

The return costs for other countries are the responsibility of the customer and will be indicated during the online registration of the return request.

At the exception of the Outlet and Bedlinen products, you can return your items in all the Gerard Darel shops in Metropolitan France.
Important: please note this option is not available for the below stores : Agen, Ajaccio, Amiens, Annecy, Bastia, Béthune, Brest, Calais, Lorient, Montélimar, Périgueux, Quimper, Reims, Rueil Malmaison, Tarbes, Vannes, Vincennes.
It is impossible to exchange an article that has been purchased on our website. However, you can return your entire order to be refunded, and reorder the article you desire.
Returns can take up to 2 to 5 working days to arrive. When delivered in our warehouses, our logistic team has up to 21 days to process the package.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the reimbursment has been executed.
You’ll be refunded on the payment method you used for the purchase. The amount of time it will take for you to receive the credit is determined by your bank and the payment method used.
