You have the option to purchase or gift an E-Gift Card (a digital gift card) to the person of your choice on gerarddarel.com.
Several amounts are available: €50, €100, €150, €200, €250, and €300.
It is not possible to select an amount other than the ones offered.
This card is valid exclusively on gerarddarel.com and for one year from the date it is received by email. You cannot use it in stores or on the second-hand site.
It can be used to pay for all or part of your purchases made on gerarddarel.com. The E-Gift Card can be used in one or more transactions, within the limits of the available balance and the validity period.
Simply enter the code from your E-Gift Card, which is included in the confirmation email you received, in the designated field during the payment step of your order on gerarddarel.com.
If the balance is insufficient to cover the total cost of your purchase, you will need to pay the difference using one of the other payment methods accepted on the site.
You can check the balance of your E-Gift Card at any time via the link included in the email sent when the card was issued.
Payment using an E-Gift Card cannot be combined with another voucher (e.g., Second-Hand Purchase Voucher, personal promotional code, etc.) or another E-Gift Card.
If you returned an order or an item paid partially or fully with an E-Gift Card, the amount will be automatically re-credited to your E-Gift Card once your return is processed.
You will receive an email notification confirming this.
If your purchase was paid using both an E-Gift Card and another payment method, the amount corresponding to the E-Gift Card will be directly re-credited to it. The remaining amount will be refunded to the payment method used during the purchase.
The expiration date of the E-Gift Card remains unchanged in the event of a refund.
The E-Gift Card cannot be replaced or refunded in the event of loss or theft.
You have a right of withdrawal within 14 days following the receipt of the confirmation email for your E-Gift Card order, provided it has not been used.
This right must be exercised by contacting our customer service team via the contact form, as the online return process does not apply to Gift Cards.
