Your order is prepared within 1 to 4 business days (not including weekends and national holidays), then passed to the carrier, according to the method of delivery and the country that you have chosen.


Shipping costs depend on the country and the shipping method selected. It is clearly indicated while ordering.

Global-e is our international e-commerce partner. Therefore, Global-e will handle all orders shipped outside of France.


When going through checkout you'll have to select the shipping country. If you cannot see your country/location listed, then it is likely that we do not currently ship there.


If there are any shipping restrictions, or if we are unable to ship a product to your country/location, you will not be able to checkout and pay for the item.




IMPORTANT : For all contracts for the purchase and sale of GERARD DAREL Products where delivery takes place in a country other than France, the merchant of record on the Site is GLOBAL-E France SAS.


Therefore for any issue regarding your order shipped outside of France, you will need the Global-e order number. To obtain it, please send an email to eshop@gerarddarel.com, specifying 'Global-e order number' in the subject line. In the body of the email, please provide the details of your Gerard Darel order (email and order number beginning with GDUE).

Before confirming your order, you can "Add a New Address" which will then automatically be taken into account.


If you have already placed your order, please contact our Customer Service :


If you completed your order and did not receive it yet, you can check the shipping status from your Customer Account or from the emails you received. If the status says « in course of preparation », your order is still being shipped.


If the status says « Despatched », your order is being processed by one of our delivery partners.


If the tracking of your order indicates that it is delivered and that you have not yet received anything, we invite you to contact our Customer Service :


This can happen when several orders were placed during the same time period for the same item for which the stock was low.


When this unusual event occurs, you will be notified by email (If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam mail) and reimbursed after few days according to the payment method you used.
